Principals Mark Forlenza and Sheila Fiordelisi are a team with decades of experience in the multi-family real estate sector working primarily with large regional and national apartment developers. They've developed thousands of apartment homes and mixed-use communities in the Northeast.
Mark Forlenza is a career professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction and management of multi-family large-scale residential developments. Working with both Public and Private Companies, Mark has been responsible for the development of numerous rental communities in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Sheila Fiordelisi has over 20 years of experience in residential management, brokerage, single-family home sales, and Planned Unit Developments (PUD). She is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive expertise and knowledge of the Cheshire market.
After 30 years of building large-scale developments, Mark is pleased to be working within a close-knit community such as Cheshire, building niche neighborhoods like Hamlet on Highland.
